Great post and great answer. Bottom line: no one really knows. Is that 500m increase really a control block? TA is gagged, why? Why do they continue to say that they are currently remodeling the NYC office when nothing is happening. Then again, maybe they are in the permit process, that would constitute them to say CURRENTLY in the remodeling process. I'm sure that its a complicated deal and such deals take a lot of time. But, 8-9 months? Hard to say, no one knows...
