Rebelgirl, Every one of the management in Homebanc that helped create this real estate bubble resigned late last year because they saw the writing on the wall. They were replaced by new management to take the fall for them. It's the same story over and over and over again.

The CEOs and managements of all these giants are nothing more than crooks.

Which industry is next I wonder? I think it's time for tech again soon.
