yeah that site didn't inspire any confidence in me either. I think that for what they are asking at 30k to start they could afford to spend the ol' $500 to get a website that would look professional similar to that of wilshirecapitaltexas.com

The dialog sounds like they are selling a self-help real estate business start up guide or something...

Great that You Judge their possible ability by the make up of a website!..perhaps that was the problem with HMGP until as of late?
