This is the first in what I hope is a long list of bold moves. If there were any FCPA violations uncovered during the investigation they would have to have been executed by Offor/Chrome. The best thing for ERHE is for Offor to step down, distancing himself from the company.
Make no mistake, he still owns controlling interest and ERHE will still benefit from his political connections going forward. This is legal window dressing show that the company had no knowledge of any wrongdoing and was appalled and asked for his resignation.
