Let Me say this about talking with Dru or I guess anyone for that matter when Your trying to get information, You have to make sure that what You heard is what was said and Not Assume anything. I'm sure I could have asked several More questions of both Dru and Doug last Nite But to Be honest I was Just trying to Make sure that I understood the few things that I did talk to them about and My focus was the Fin's and the share stucture. I let Dru Go on quite a bit about the Financials But he never did Specify (to Me) what Year's were to be included and Unfortunatly I didnt ask (OK fire Me I'll never work for CNN) But one Item of contention on the Board has been the Audited or Non-Audited debate. So when He stated that they were Being audited I focused on that aspect and got clarifiction. In talking with Him I could see how we could get differing reports dpending on what questions were asked. But for My Money (and to Be honest with everyone thats ALL I'm concerned with) I feel very comfortable with his explanations.
