No they are not going to be audited, but they will be perpared to make it easier for the audited version. The preparer cannot audit their own work. JMHO

I really wondered whan someone would bring up the "A" word...OK
He told Me the financials are presently Being Audited and what they are trying VERY hard to do is Make sure that there will be no reason in the future to need RE-state any part of the Financials.. I then Asked Is this SEC Audit.... He said No .. But this Audit will make sure the Fin's will be in good shape for the SEC audit.. So we will be getting the Audited Financials But they wont be waiting for the SEC audited Fin's to release them to us..
