I leave you guys for five minutes and a pre-PR run ensues. Nothing new in the PR, but news is news. Two things are evident. (1) The buy-out will be mid september (at the earliest), and (2) this looks like the last PR they want to issue before then. They didn't want to issue this one.
Will it be buy or sell on the news this morning?
GBDX will be on a lot of traders screens this morning because of yesterday's action and the news this morning. Should bounce I would think. Then it should fall back (at some point, not today) when the Mo-Mo players exit (while Wazoo and TAKI are taking profits on their trading shares), prior to the last run up before the merger.
