Would some please comment on the 10q. I have read it twice and have no more information than before I read it (novice). The 10q, as it pertains to Cryobanks contains the same statements as the May 15th 10q. Is this good? Does this mean that the merger is still a possibility? Are they (Biostem) obligated to remove the 10q merger statement if in fact the merger went bust?
