Xeller8 ...may I add some provisions to your post .

First off it is incumbent on any OTCBB and OTC stock to demonstrate solvency and viability and to have verifiable news releases in order to compel or at least embarrass the MM's to allow fair trading on those stocks . However , I adhere that the MM's and Brokerages who control the entire online trading of ALL stocks will never , EVER permit a short squeeze on themselves by ANY OTCBB or OTC stock no matter how clearly solvent and viable those companies are . They will find a way to cover or continue to hide those grandfathered NSS just as they did in hiding new NSS on the advent of Regulation SHO . Unscrupulous ? You betcha !

The other 95 % of the OTCBB / OTC stocks that are not solvent by way of toxic financings and are not viable as shown by little to no revenues will permit the MM's to cover the zillions of grandfathered NSS by pummelling their respective PPS's into further oblivion . Unscrupulous ? You betcha !!!

MM's can do whatever they want on the OTCBB / OTC with impunity because the SEC openly admits that they do not adequately scrutinize or regulate these Systems until AFTER a crime has been committed .

The new SEC Ruling will help , but it will only help those companies that PROVE everything by way of audited Financials and by way of second and third party corroboration to news releases that are typically perceived as being fluff / horse-hooie for most OTCBB / OTC companies .

It's a start .

It is up to iFinix to separate themselves from the riff-raff on the OTCBB and OTC under-belly Systems .
