pretty simple. The company that is reporting on was sold July 1 07 and we took the shares and 1.2 mil in debt. Not the same company.

Without a doubt, you should sell every one of your shares and run like hell!!! Get as far away from GSCR as you can get! Everything about GS Carbon Corp is truly dismal! That being said, Seaway Capital bought GS Carbon on July 1, 2007 and their $9 million loss carry forward for pennies on the dollar! Now do you get the picture???? Do you know the tax dollar savings this will have for Wisebuy/Hackett??? Nah, you haven't looked that far ahead!!! GLTU

On June 30th the debts outlined, convertibles described, and the revenues and profits explicitly layed out were detailing the previous tenant of this Symbol and Cusip number...they are now in the proud possession of one Greenshift Corporation.....On 1 July 2007 for the ripe price of 1.2 originally and to the best of my knowledge 1.7 million now...of legacy debt to travel forward to the next quarter which should be reported on or about 15 October 2007 with explicit details of Seaway Capital, Wisebuys/Hacketts, and the future of this fine company....

The real question is why does dufus over here who supposedly has had an account for 4 years and has averaged 10 posts per year all of a sudden becomes johnny on the spot pointing out negative irrelevant information less than 30 hours before name and cusip change.....hmmmmm...Don't feed the animals!!!

'finance lizard'

I will just say, bring the board one OTC:BB stock that doesn't have the same concern statement in their SEC filings!

All OTC stocks have millions in losses, large debit, increasing O/S & concerns of not continuing!

If they don't, your reading about their move to a larger exchange.

Basically I'm saying the same thing about this subject, as I have about dilution, and penny debit increasing!

That is normal opperation!! If anyone is worried, about these subjects, don't hold long! Get in & out, before they go Bankrupt.
