investorstallone, what part of naked shorting doesn't make sense?

Consider how much counterfeiters have to go thru to print $100 bills, then consider what MMs do to sell NSS.

If I had my choice of the two crimes, I'd rather be a MM. No engravers, no presses, no paper, no ink, no problems with the Law (SEC or Feds).
