Does that imply that RS has already resigned as CEO? You say the 'document' is signed. I'm uncomfortable with 'someone' and 'document'. Too vague for me. And as someone else said, I don't like riddles. However if you're truly gagged, then you've no choice.

You see, from my point of view 'document' could be anything from a resignation letter to a requisition for toilet-paper.

And as for 'someone', I shudder to think.....
