It most likely means that the large shareholders are going to push Smith out of this and tell him to take his hockey and go. The company doesn't need another 1 milion in losses. It can not sustain it. We have a winning lawsuit, imo and nothing has ever really moved this stock but the lawsuit. The hockey in its present form is a major negative.

We could also sell merchandise. Up till now, Smith has done nothing to take advantage of the big trend towards retro in the clothing and merchandising markets.

its was a SERIOUS mistake for him to LIE on SPR and that is in FACT one of the reasons he is being shown the door
