the divvy was simply a come-on, and a bad one at that. DD'ers may have noted that HISC had an EVSY dividend and it was a bust. moreover, Big Apple has a rep for dumping and diluting. seems to me that they played this with the shares they had coming, first by shorting at the top, and then covering down here, all while still dumping shares. take note that the bulk of the shares here went off at .0006 and above.
iow, this looks a lot like a covered short. they had the coming shares with which to control the short by either delivering or covering.
so... where does that leave this?
well, if there's no more dilution -- no raising of the OS -- this should eventually play out. right now, the PR's have only helped to further the cause of the diluter/short, and that, too, has hurt whatever positive sentiment there might have been with each further release. this is not a good cycle to be caught in.
but....
this is pinkland where things have a way of happening. and happening big. the simple question is: will there be an implosion or explosion?
