I posted it for the number of times Orasure (who wasn't supposed to be able to compete oversees) was mentioned compared to Calypte.

And for the fact that things aren't likely to get started until December.

You're welcome. We had a discussion about Kenya re: their debate on home testing months ago. The same debate is going on in S. Africa. Govts want the VCT (voluntary counseling & testing) That appears what UAE has and Africa. India, most likely, will follow that route. China is another question as to whether or not they will permit it.
