Pink sheets is weird about how they do the numbers. The company will supply the shares as of such and such date, and then once in a while Pink Sheets will update things like the market cap, which tends to be wrong. It's not just this stock and you can't blame the company for it.
Anyone looking into the company needs to read the PRs and do some due diligence as to the outstanding shares. I don't think the company has hid the o/s, they've been publishing it on every press release.
