IMO, if a deal was rejected and said potential buyers were not happy with the outcome, its no wonder we sit where were at. What would it take to drop us to where we are, 1 mil may be 2.

I think the "deal" Offor turned down was meant to get him out of his direct ownership of ERHC and replace it with indirect ownership. If the "deal" was designed to separate Offor from the company it would have included him stepping down and real oil people put in to run it. It's not a matter of how much he was offered as he wouldn't really be selling.
