It is a very small piece of the pie that is paid up front in cash....the big money for GZFX comes from the sale of shares to GGI at 1.09 dollars per share and with that come billions of shares to be sold onto the market! Remember that the original deal used 0.0050 pps to calculate 5.8 Billion shares required to satisfy the agreement....now do the math!

As I and others have stated.....GZFX will have no choice but to (1) pay off GGI (which imo won't happen).
(2) register more shares for sale
(3) if register more shares for sale.....at some time....increase AS to appropriate level above 25 Billion.

(4)...they have no choice but to RS!
