Not concerned, just stating facts.

Some will see each day going forward without news as another step toward oblivion. As a result, there will be buying opps at lower prices. I may pick up some trading shares later this week, and would not consider a long term investment here unless there is some positive PR about the merger (which I rate the likelihood of happening somewhere south of 50%).
