Could be. Who knows? I'll call the TA later but I think this acquisition is already represented in the O/S so either way it doesn't hurt us. Either way, classic PBLS PR. No specifics given that aide in valuation of the acquisition.
Could this be a double PR day? Let's hope for something with a bit more meat on it...
Perhaps someone can contact the TA to see if there has been any change in O/S. Perhaps now that the TA is ungagged they will answer our question if these shares were already factored in previous O/S count when we asked last week or if this is additional shares. Just thought best to have one trusted person call.
