Update on Outstanding Shares vs PPS vs Market Cap

We set more than one multi-year record today.

9/28/07 outstanding share count is from the most recent 10Q and was stated to be 'as of' 11/2/07.

Since we set a new multi-year low share price today I also added a line for that.

Positives: Can't find any.

Negatives: (1) In spite of our increasing share count the decreasing PPS has resulted in, for the first time in over 4 years, our Market Cap. being lower than it was in September 2003; (2) we topped 1 billion shares for the Outstanding Share count.

As of 11/2/07 we still have the 20,097 shares of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock outstanding, down from 21,377.
