Billy, good reminder of that difference - checked a few of the competitors of the future who have processes/patents to avoid the use of hexane and they make these remarks about that hexane chemical that appears to be used widely at this point. Lots of room for us and I think we tie up the NE area with these plant purchases and make a lot of soybean farmers very happy to boot....

"Traditionally, most soy ingredients, including soybean oil, are produced using a chemical solvent called "hexane". This method is believed to be responsible for the “grassy” or “beany” flavor that has historically slowed the acceptance of soyfoods."

"Hexane is a flammable solvent typically used in the processing of most commercial cooking oils. Hexane gases are released into the atmosphere as a by-product of the traditional methods for manufacturing cooking oil. "
