Have not listened to any conference calls. Merger? What do they have to offer?

Maybe they can issue a heap of restricted shares and upon the merger have a flood of newly issued free trading shares that can be dumped in a more liquid market? Really what do they have to offer first please. What do they have that you see of value that someone would want? If you are kind of coming up empty on that one then chances are the hints at an AMEX merger are empty too.
