Dear Robert,
I'm writing to ask about the playlist/album order issue on the Gateway DMP-X20. Apparently CNET reviewed the player and cited this issue, the order in which it records songs on albums, as the only glaring problem. This has been a consistent theme in reviewers criticisms of this device. I would think that this issue would have been resolved. Do you know if this issue will be solved? It would appear that if it is we would have a fantastic platform... one other companies might want to offer. Are we working on this?

according to Gateway's specifications. Based on their customer feedback, we
are updating this and other features which we expect will be offered as a
firmware upgrade from them. We are working with other OEMs on their branding
and marketing versions of our Personal Audio platform.
