What I heard attributed for the fall was there was a company planning a near-term IPO in the space that would be a competitive threat.
I went to JAv's roadshow meeting with JPM when they were raising money. At $6-7 it didnt seem that compelling as the pain space is relatively crowded. I put in my head i would buy it at $3-4. I dont follow it enough to pay attention and remember who the competitor was.
