jd, I don't have a good handle on corn here. I haven't charted it since spring, when it was forming a H&S top that targeted about $2.75.

Have you seen the price of wheat lately? Bread's going to probably go up 50% due to that.

I guess the US government figures we'll move from wheat to rice, so the substitution factor will mean there will be no inflation due to the increase in the price of wheat.
