mom...shells are empty spaces that companys once filled ....that can be sold and filled for the price...like if....I had a idea and wanted to step into the arena...this is my concept of it all....IMO...but usually it it a quick fix for people to come into the market ....Like having a apt. for rent without having to go thru ...hit... I'm not sure.. speculating it could be new ventures.. or it could be future Esprit spin offs... Would have to hear it from Garr or Hugo to know for sure.
