Bonga, I believe that was before the USSE deal, and financing would have been thru Midland Baring, but they were trying to weasel all of Alex's 68 million shares from him.
That is when Alex and Midland parted ways.

I think that was during the USSE deal, and the CEO Alex had in mind was a former Quebec politician.
I am too lazy to dig up the name of this politician right now :)
