If he cares not for the US markets, then the choice for US investors should be clear. Dump this stock.

Why? This is a US stock. The whole idea you would own stock in a company that doesn't want to participate in your market is absurd. Your only option is to own it in the form of a Panamanian PDR and when you own it that way, recent history has shown they will not give you your money when you sell. LOL!

This gets even worse when you find out from reports on this board that this company offers people the stock at a discount when they phone in to the Dallas office.

Why would anyone buy this in light of all of the above?
