Mets I can understand the being careful of being part of a Hedge Fund Investor Group AND the Interim CEO but there is NO reason WHY we can't get update PRs unless maybe Pandey did more damage then we may think? He went to Nigeria to get some answers so assuming he DID then he does owe his investors something. Just filing required financial reports and material events forms won't cut it. Fluff is one thing but he needs to address investor's concerns. Neither Burg nor he will return any calls or emails. A couple here got through and emails replied to basically saying nothing. I will give them until around 10Q filing and a couple days after and is still nothing then I will really be a pain in their ass. Probably won't do a damn thing but I can irritate the hell out of them lol.
