Ted.. Total Flipper huh...

Funny, everyone I know, everyone has said that, and it's true.
But then there's that voice inside us that say's as soon as we try it, it takes off to where we think we know it should go and we loose out... So we hold for security.

I would bet if any investor can get the Komex information, it will be you..

I wonder if PBLS figured the volume would have stayed up with such a big announcment and it backfired.

Like you and so many others of us here have been it so long, we're in the prove it mode and they didn't take that into consideration? So now the volume is down and we're waiting for proof....Just a theory.

I do think if proof comes before too long, a lot of people will then make their move.

best of luck to you and the rest of us...

Tedwitt

Good luck and we have to know one way or another eventually.

Great work on the Bulk storage facilities, but I think the disconnect with Phoenix and its investors taking its toll is ever present here. I can not blame you what so ever, but it is not like they announced it as a huge profit making aquisition. It was an all cash deal and to begin the bulk storage developement. It will be interesting to see what they have down the pike on this. I think they presented it as it was, which is a start and nothing more.

I have been trying to make the connection from Phoenix to Komex/Lindsay/Mittal as well. Any light you can shed on how you arived at whatever conclusion you come to will be greatly appreciated by any of us "green" bloodhounds and only help us in later investements. That was very valuable info you passed along about how you obtained the info on the fuel storage facilities, very valuable!

Can't blame you for digging and I know I appreciate it.

One thought though...

"To start development of this area, Phoenix has purchased all of the real and personal property of A.P.G., Inc., a Mississippi Corporation whose property is located at 820 Highway 11 S, Picayune, Mississippi. This was a cash transaction. Details will be made available at a later date, when the release of this information is approved by all parties involved.

This purchase includes all equipment, tanks, pumps, buildings, inventory, office equipment, all structures and leases."

It was a bad assumption to think that PBLS would have bought something fully operational. Some other poster pointed out that there just aren't very many of these bulk stations out there. I am also certain that it's much cheaper given environmental laws now to buy one in distress and make it fully operational that to buy a) one that is fully operational or b) raw land and try to get entitlements changed to create a bulk fuel station from scratch.

I don't know if you made the assumption that APG would be our first, full operational/non-distressed company purchase in the history of PBLS. I know that I did. Now re-evaluating it, it doesn't surprise me at all that there's not much to it now. There wasn't much to Murphy 2 years ago either. But the fact that the pit is zoned a pit means that there is value once you make it run like an efficient pit. Remember how many posters said that the pit was worthless 12 months ago, that it was a fluff PR. Funny, we don't see them saying the same things now...

Just a thought. Let us know about KOMEX...Ron says it's not Pmo-Komex. That makes me want to know "who the heck is it then?" Does Ron even know? etc etc.
