I believe the new open disclosure we are seeing in this report is a direct result of the SEC investigation. I for one am gratified to be learning this new information about the deals that were made but undisclosed to shareholders. Now that "uncle" is watching we should be able to feel more comfortable that our corporate affairs will be more in line with those of a more seasoned company. This will go a long way toward dispelling the "Nigerian scam" image that surrounds us because of our Chrome connections.
Doug, maybe in the past ERHC had "trouble" with disclosing significant details or was forgetful to say the least. But with the recent PR and SEC filings it appears they are turning a new leaf and trying to keep shareholders updated on all of the company's activities that need to be disclosed. This is a very positive step in the right direction. The past is water under the bridge. Let's all look forward to FULL disclosures in the future and good communications with the company on a REGULAR basis. Remember coming soon is the first cc EVER! DeGen
