The O/S is 26,752,423 and the float I believe is 12-13 million. Insiders are holding, no dilution!! They want the merger to solid and a great long term deal, he won't just give the shell away to anyone. He says they get calls everyday but they want something good because they all have a vested interest! It's taking awhile but I believe that he is sincere and really wants to do something very good here!
