this shell was a nasdaq issue

laying around for year, flatline chart

now it has life

the earnings per share from the club to be r/m'd into it, has plenty of profit already

in fact, the eps is nearly the share price

when folks finally figure this out

the shares will be gone

credible progressive management will take this far, they are very acquisition minded..
