I forwarded him the CHAG story last month and asked why he couldn't go this way, much smaller projects. Of course I got no reply!
I had heard that the Mississippi field had title issues. Don't know if that has been cleared up or not or even if that is accurate information.
My understanding is the Mississippi project isn't really being looked at presently. Also it appears that King never had a Vermillion lease just an agreement to develope the property with Capco who owns the lease. That development agreement expired on June 30th but supposedly is being negotiated to run again?
