I have 2 accounts with aturd. I have NEVER been called by them. Typically the rule is a business will never call over your account, but send a letter. The exception is the phone and cable company. All calls are recorded. I'd call aturd and ask them if they did/would call. Bet they say no. And dude (I know you like me to call you that) with all the money you have, don't you have caller ID? If not, necxt time hit star 69, and find out is calling you.

Interesting....

I was gone all day but came home to find a message on my answering machine from someone claiming to be a specialist with Ameritrade (my broker). I have not called back yet. However, I will call tomorrow, but I will call my APEX representative first to make sure it's on the up-and-up.

I did receive a call from someone last year who claimed they were an Ameritrade account representative and she gave me her email addy. I never contacted her again and I do not know if she was legitimate. However, I do know that she did not ask me for any account numbers.

Very, very interesting... the plot thickens... I can't wait to call Ameritrade tomorrow!!!!!

Either incredibly positive things are going to happen or.... no, I'm not even going to go there ;)
