Try to wrap your beer-soaked brain around this: If they push it too hard (e.g., above .08) who's going to take the deal? Good news + Divy Checks + Clarification = Share price above .08

Do they need shares to release onto the open market for the new partners to buy???? If they could turn the common shares back over to the TA they could be bought by the 'new partners' and thus they would not have to increase the AS. However, on the other hand, most people here believe the 'deal' was to keep a lid on the share price until the 'new partners' had purchased all of their shares. On the left foot, Ron was PISSED about the lack of upward price momentum when I spoke with him earlier this week and I don't think he was putting on an act (if he was, it was Oscar-Worthy). On the right foot, heck, now my brain's beer-soaked and I haven't even had one!
