The fact that it has gotten to this point tells you we are in serious problem. We got central banks around the world providing liquidity to institutions as the average investor gets nervous and sells while they got a profit.

Aj, re. 1946 model
-> what does it mean the "1946 model", what is it? Is it looking at the 1946 and 2007 charts and deciding that one curve look similar to the other therefore the '07 one would follow the same path?
-> Or there is any other comparison done?
