IMO, the Pinksheets.com O/S sounds like the old O/S with a as of 8-7-07, so I will contact them by/phone or e-mail to verify the same.

I will be also sending an e-mail to Pinksheets.com in regard to the Caveat Emptor issue, as the their criteria listed and the reasons mentioned on an e-mail response to me do not RECONCILE.....

I have also left a message with the Transfer Agent for INXR, Transferonline, and I hope to hear from them by 1:00 PM EST (10:00 AM, PST?)

I will update to these two topics by 2:00 PM EST tomorrow....
