UCHB is definately undervalued here ...

The CEO is already using the PSPJ shares held as collateral, but claims the company is holding them at no value ... that was in 10q before PSPJ started trading ... maybe they are carried at value now that it is trading? Eg. Market cap of UCHB should be more like 10mio +++ instead of 1.25mio

Also interesting, UCHB's DCL software subsidiary, apparently they have EPA license, that could technically mean huge bond money.

We'll see ...
