Sorry bud...that is NOT "easy".

Lots of paperwork...lots of money...3rd parties to wait on and quite a bit of time involved...so it's not "easy".

yeah that sounds hard. The auditing process alone is very tedious and time-consuming. The bank i used to work for, its always crazy before an audit, a lot of prep work and you have to continuously supply them with information.
