cmkxman, check choicetrades.com. I was going with them but they're not licensed in MN(!) & a few other states. I don't remember if they had L2 for pinks. $5 flat/trade, no limits, as I recall.
(AFTER I did all the paperwork they told me this. Then they said, "Keep checking with us...". I sez, "You check with me. I'm the customer." Sheesh.)
