I'm not sure. They never got back to me so I pretty much forgot about it. I never was clear as to whether or not the R/S took place. I usually don't invest in companies that won't respond to potential shareholder's emails. If they don't have time to answer my questions, then I don't have any money to invest in their company! LOL.
