There will be no Certified Audit.
Mike admitted that (his poor excuse was) SOX was too hard to keep up with, that the rules keep changing and it's too expensive to go with a Certified Audit.
LOL!
Kind of makes you wonder how and why other Companies are able to become and remain SOX compliant...
