Scott and I talked about the July 23rd date and he agrees with me that maybe Dru & Co. were just a bit overly optimistic on how long it would take...he also said that when he told Dru of the other things he needed to finish up and Dru was like "WHAT!!?" due to the fact that HE wants these out just as badly as WE do...so I don't feel the company should be slammed just for being enthusiastic and hoping for the BEST...

These things happen and it's a fact of life so why throw the baby out with the bath water??

Start up companies experience many growing pains and may jump the gun on how long THEY THINK certain things take...but the reality of it is all this stuff takes TIME (ESPECIALLY when 3rd parties are involved) and thats all there is to it...they have a LOT more things to deal with and worry about than the share price right now...

Investors/traders can either sit tight and wait for the story to continue or fold their hands and move on to a different play...

The choice is yours.

Hi hebroots:

I am posting this as a long term investor in iFinix...

Xeller, stated very clearly in his post on his contact with CFO, that you can take the information FWIW; yesterday, there were many discussions involving many issues between yourself and other posters, especially ToddWH02, and Xeller8, who were trying their best to answer your questions/concerns etc. and it went on for quite sometime.

So this brings us to today; Xeller's information was well received by many on the board; if you are not satisfied with the information provided by Xeller or if your are dissatified with this company to such an extent, may I suggest couple of things to help you,:

1. You may want to wait till October or the end of 2007 to see what transpires, and take any action you wish to;

2. You may want to contact the iFinix management and express your displeasure to them;

3. And lastly, you may want to develop a strategy for iFinix management on 'how to' and 'when to' and send it to them so as to help the company do the things they 'ought to', in your opinion...

I hope this helps......

PS: I am getting a little tired of redundant postings, that does no good to the pps, to you, to me or anyone else...

WE all paid 'real money' for our shares too, I see mine investment is down also;but, it is a matter of little consideration for your fellow shareholders, we don't need more gloom and doom....EOM.

Hebroots, i'II have to agreed & IMO; After carefully pouring over their 'PRs' dating back to August '06' Till 'NOW'..I'd come to the conclusion that this management team decided(last-year) to implement a plan of deception & manipulation...With complete disregard for the shareholders...They'd not shown any real inclination in becoming Transparent.. In fact just the opposite has happen...They'd continuously leak disingenuous info via unofficial channels... Without any regards for their 'Cashcow'(Investors)...At this point i see nothing positive going forward but more of the same..Until a'RS'is implemented & a new cycle begins..my last post here.GLTUA >><>

Yup, have to agree on that one. Every time we are told to wait for the next PR or the next update, the PPS doesn't move and we are told to wait for the next thing. Over and over we go. Same thing will happen with the financials. We will be told to wait for the AF's and then the uplist. People have shown a lot of patience with no bang for their buck. After the PPS doesn't move again, we will be told to wait for a buyback. Shareholders are what's keeping this company afloat. Be nice if they gave back.
