I believe the PR's. However, I also believe that filing EDGAR's and becoming completly transparent will help immensely... and hopefully that will be one of the first steps in making a move. IMHO, PBLS may have to re-think their desire to skip the move to the OTCBB. Move to OTCBB (yes, I know, manipulation still occurs) as a first step in establishing a record of SEC compliance....

Blue...your opinion, however, the low .020's today sure look a lot better to me then the .0115 marked just 8 trading days ago.
