FWIW, PBLS management claims to be furious about the lack of price movement and still believes it is due to manipulation. Of course, there's one possible way to find out: file with SEC and move off of the OTC market. Yes, that will take awhile, but after hitting your bleeping head against the same wall, sometimes it makes sense to move!

I'm also here for the long run, have been for over two years and still have all of my shares (10+M). Yes, I know, I should have sold, rebought, sold, rebought... lol
