#660 RE: greenallday #655

I can show you press releases where Hayter claimed Astrom had no affiliation with IBCX, and can show you proof to the contrary. The same thing is happening here.
Cris Galo's contact number given out by PRSU's own transfer agent was the same number as Turner Hughes. Turner Hughes is a Hayter company, but never had anything to do with IBCX. It would be a plausible oversight if Galo's contact number were the same as IBCX, but to have the same number as a seperate Hayter company was a very delberate move. The number was changed after this smoking gun was made public.
The holding company that owns the restaurant, The Sanibel Restaurant Group is the same Hayter owned company that has controlled this same restaurant through the past three 'sales', where no actual change in control has taken place. If PRSU were an entirely seperate company, the company would own the restaurant outright, it wouldn't own the same company that has kept the assets far from shareholder's hands through the past identical 'transactions'. PRSU would have their own holding companies and/or subsidiaries to hold their assets.
The name, Prime Restaurants is an odd choice, given the fact that IBCX 'bought' the restaurant from the Hayter/Astrom owned Prime Holdings.
I thought I laid out the facts pretty clear, the evidence is there, it's public and can't be disputed. I hope this time it made more sense.
