A major concern shareholders have, is what will the O/S and A/S be after the fantastic share dividend, and how is Cris Galo going to be compensated for giving up such a large percentage of ownership? Going from 82% to 27% ownership is a huge jump, and most people know how thin the margins are in the restaurant business. Why hasn't the company posted those numbers in a PR?????
Maybe the only logical explanation is that Cris Galo's sole purpose in life is to find wealth in the market place, and selflessly distribute it to deserving loyal shareholders.
This reminds me a bit of Rufus Harris and CSHD, he was the same kind of market Robbin Hood.
