thanks alstocks, that clears it up well. OT- I hope that gas and oil continues down and stocks go back up. Hopefully, Bernake's report will be well received. A lean towards future lowering of interest rates should be good for the markets, imo. Analysts are expecting rates to remain unchanged. glta.
